Ecclesiastes The
narrator of the book of Ecclesiastes (Qoheleth, or "The Preacher"), having given up on finding any meaning or logic
in God's actions, concentrates on what he knows with certainty, the constants of human nature and natural law. Most
of those constants are just as true today as when Qoheleth wrote them down about 2300 years ago. I produced 22 hand
colored woodcuts between 2000 and 2005, what I consider a visual adaptation of the book. More information and images
from the series can be found on this site.
